Fair Survey

Once the 2007 fair is over, please take a few moments and fill out the following survey. Comments and suggestions from the public, participants and fair workers assist the Fair Board in planning the next fair. While your memories of this year’s fair are fresh in your mind, “grade” your fair on a scale of one to five with one being the lowest grade and five being the highest grade.

1 = very poor, 2=needs improvement, 3=adequate, 4=above average, 5=very good.

Space is provided at the bottom of the survey for other comments and suggestions. If you have a suggestion on a new event, or how an event may be improved, or praise for a job well done—write it down in the space provided or on a separate sheet. Return the form to the fair office or to the Meade County Fair, Inc., P.O. Box 325, Brandenburg, KY 40108. Your input is appreciated.
